Depending on the size and type, a single mature tree can generate enough oxygen for up to 18 people. Unfortunately, deforestation continues at an alarming rate, with humanity destroying 18 million acres of forest annually.


To counteract this loss, Bruges International Film Festival has chosen to take action. By planting 300 trees through Treeplan.org, they are contributing to reforestation efforts that help restore ecosystems, combat climate change, and promote biodiversity.
